Shipping Times & Rates
*Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your order. For shipments to remote and regional areas including, but not limited to rural addresses please allow up to 7 business days for delivery. If there are any delivery delays for your order, do not hesitate to contact our Workshop at (02) 69 212 715.
Items ordered together may not always ship together. Items that need altering or resizing may take longer (approximately 1 week)
Free Shipping Terms and Conditions:
- The price of the item must meet or exceed the minimum free shipping amount $500.
- Engraving fees count toward the total amount.
- Multiple items totaling the required amount will not receive free shipping if sent to multiple addresses.
- Free shipping is only available for orders placed on nugentandandreajewellers.com for domestic delivery.
Please allow an additional 4-5 days for delivery of monogrammed and hand engraved items.
Items are accepted for credit or exchange, if returned in unworn saleable condition within 30 days of purchase date (Date shown on payment receipt), accompanied by sales receipt. Some exclusions may apply. A refund will be made to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received. The refund to the purchaser will be in the form of the original tender. To return or exchange your gift selection, please take your return to our Shopfront in Wagga Wagga.
Hand Engraved and Altered pieces are not accepted as returns but are covered under Nugent & Andrea Jewellers Warrantee.
